At Bella Bridesmaids, each dress is custom-ordered to your specific size and color preference, making our collection uniquely yours. Because of the made-to-order nature of our bridal party attire, we offer a streamlined return process for eligible non-custom accessories and select sample items.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached; please note that custom-made bridesmaid gowns are final sale.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our styling team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
